Day-by-Day Itinerary

1. Day 1: Arrival and Airport Transfer to Hotel

   Upon your arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will clear customs and immigration before being warmly greeted by our company guide. 2. Day 2: Entebbe to Murchison Falls National Park (Travel Time: Approx. 5 hrs)

   After an early breakfast at 7 am, you will set off for Murchison Falls National Park, one of Uganda’s most popular parks. En route, you will visit the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for a thrilling on-foot rhino tracking experience. As you enter the park, you will be greeted by sightings of wildlife along the way. 3. Day 3: Game Drive and Boat Cruise at Murchison Falls National Park

   Start your day with a cup of African coffee before embarking on an early morning game drive. Your guide will help you spot a variety of wildlife, including elephants, lions, buffaloes, giraffes, hartebeests, waterbucks, and even leopards if you are lucky. After lunch, you will enjoy a boat cruise along the Nile River, observing crocodiles, hippos, and other wildlife drawn to the water. The cruise will take you to the base of the mighty Murchison Falls, where you will experience the awe-inspiring power of the falls up close. 4. Day 4: Murchison Falls to Kibale Forest National Park (Travel Time: Approx. 5 hrs)

   After breakfast, you will embark on a scenic drive through Uganda’s verdant countryside to Kibale Forest National Park. The journey offers picturesque views, including distant glimpses of the Rift Valley escarpment. 5. Day 5: Chimpanzee Tracking in Kibale NP

   In the morning, you will proceed to the park headquarters for a pre-trek briefing before embarking on an exciting chimpanzee tracking adventure. Kibale Forest is renowned for its remarkable biodiversity, hosting 13 primate species, including the iconic chimpanzees. The trek, lasting 2 to 4 hours depending on the chimpanzees’ movements, culminates in a magical hour spent observing these fascinating creatures in their natural habitat. 6. Day 6: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth NP with enroute stop at Equator

   In the morning after breakfast, you shall be transferred to Queen Elizabeth National Park, known for having the big five and beautiful boat trip in the Kazinga Channel. On your way to Queen Elizabeth NP, you will have a memorable stop at the Equator for photo opportunities. 7. Day 7: Game Drive and Boat Cruise at Queen Elizabeth National Park

   After an early breakfast, you will embark on a morning game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park. Keep an eye out for buffaloes, elephants, lions, and various antelope species. After lunch, you will enjoy a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, where you can spot water birds, hippos, crocodiles, and other wildlife. 8. Day 8: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park (Travel Time: Approx. 5 hrs)

   Following a relaxed breakfast, you will check out of your lodge and visit a local fishing village near the Kazinga Channel. Then, you will proceed to Ishasha for a game drive in search of the famous tree-climbing lions. 9. Day 9: Gorilla Trekking Experience and Batwa Cultural Experience

   This is the day you’ve been waiting for: a gorilla trekking adventure in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. After a briefing at the park headquarters, you will trek through the dense forest to find a family of mountain gorillas. Spending an hour with these gentle giants in their natural habitat is a profound and unforgettable experience. In the afternoon, you will visit the Batwa community to learn about their culture and traditions.
