Day-by-Day Itinerary

1. Day 1: Kigali - Nyungwe Forest - Canopy Walk & Zipline Adventure

   Your journey begins with a scenic drive from Kigali through Rwanda's breathtaking countryside, passing rolling hills, tea plantations, and beautiful landscapes. Arrive at Nyungwe National Park and check into your lodge surrounded by the sounds and beauty of the rainforest. After settling in, begin your adventure with the famous Nyungwe Canopy Walk. Suspended approximately 70 meters above the forest floor, the walkway offers incredible panoramic views across the rainforest canopy and provides a unique opportunity to observe birds, butterflies, and primates from above. Continue your adventure with an exciting zipline experience through the forest environment, offering an unforgettable combination of nature, adrenaline, and spectacular rainforest scenery. 2. Day 2: Chimpanzee Trekking & ndambare Waterfall Hike

   Wake up early for an exciting primate tracking experience in Nyungwe Forest. Accompanied by an experienced guide, enter the rainforest trails in search of chimpanzees and other primates including colobus monkeys, mangabeys, and other forest species. Observe these fascinating animals in their natural environment while learning about rainforest conservation and the importance of protecting this unique ecosystem. After the trek, return to your lodge for lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy a guided hike to the beautiful Ndambarare Waterfall. The trail takes you through lush rainforest scenery, offering opportunities to see birds, plants, and wildlife before reaching the impressive waterfall surrounded by nature. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight. 3. Day 3: Birdwatching Experience - Return to Kigali

With the help of an expert guide, explore forest trails searching for remarkable species such as the Great Blue Turaco and Red-collared Mountain Babbler. After breakfast, pack your belongings and begin your journey back to Kigali. Enjoy the final views of Rwanda's beautiful landscapes before arriving in Kigali for your onward journey.
